If you encounter any issues with your item, we’ve got you covered. Our warranty includes coverage for:

We’ll either replace your item or provide a refund. The decision will be made at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

- Describe your warranty concern
- Provide pictures or videos to help us diagnose the issue
We will determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Aesthetic issues (scratches, scuffs)
- Damage from abuse (fabric rips, snags, soiling, stains)
- Changes in surface finishes due to aging or light exposure
- Excessive wear and tear
- Textile pilling
- Color matching or fastness
- Damage from rubber compounds or sharp objects
- Discoloration from soiling or dye transfer
- Chemical damage (from fabric dyes, detergents, body products, etc.)
Additionally, we do not warrant products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or improper storage.
Important Notes
- Kodo warranty doesn't cover aesthetics or abuse-related damage
- We cannot guarantee an exact match to cuttings, samples, or swatch cards
- Damage from sharp objects, imprinting from writing instruments, or abrading over time is not covered
